The Deal: £45 per person to include all your evening's entertainment, dinner, and a drink on arrival. Payment can be made either through PayPal, cash or cheque. If you prefer, you may a £15 deposit per person (non refundable), and pay the remainder at a later date.

Want a Free Ticket? Organise a group of you to fill a table of 12 and one person goes free - i.e. pay for 11, 12 attend. You must pay for this in one single payment and provide a list of the 12 names to be seated at your table.

Hotel Accommodation: Standard room rates are £78 double and £69 single bed and breakfast rate.

Special Discount: we have an early bird discount on hotel rooms with the price at £65 double and £55 single available to the first 30 rooms booked and Ball tickets either fully paid for or the deposit paid. You cannot book this rate directly with the hotel, we as organisers will advise the hotel who the first 30 are and the room rate will be adjusted accordingly. If you book the hotel but do not pay for your ticket you will not get the early bird rate.

Purchase Tickets: You can either purchase your tickets online using PayPal, or you can send us a cheque. Either way we need you to register your details, and those of any other guests, so we can contact you with the billing details. If you chose to pay via PayPal we will email you an invoice to pay online, otherwise we will provide you with postal details and a total amount for you to send via cheque. We will provide this information via email so it is important you complete all details on the following form accurately.
